I think that maybe the initial page could be changed to be arranged by categories, ie.e, Experiences, Religion, Politics/Government, Music, Art, Poetry, or some grouping similar.  When you enter a comment on your blog you would have to pick a category for it.  People could go to a specific category from the main page; and, or also list the user sites.  I looked at Adam's user site and it has music, his articles, etc.  Nice.  He could direct people to NLD and tell them to click on his user page.
And there could be a listing of the latest blogs entries.  Then people could choose from the main page where they want to go.
Those 3 possibilities from the main page:  Categories, User Site, Latest Comments.  You could even have a category called 'Williams Clan Info'!  LOL
But the User Site might be the most prevalent especially for communicating with friends all over the country and the world.  Just some suggestions.  Just kind of brainstorming on ideas for the main page to make this more readable for folks who might be interested in certain things.  Maybe there is no need to put all the latest blogs and comments on the main page.  You could select what you want to see first and avoid the political discussion if you want to.  Or maybe there is a simpler way.  Any other ideas?
