Yeah, I think I've seen them before.  Is this the group that links to a myspace page at http://www.nolessdays.net?  I kick myself for having not registered that domain name before.  Actually, before them, was a different group that had some really weird music.  Is the name similarity a legal concern?

They registered August 15, 2006, we registered January 17, 2005.  Even so, I don't think it makes a difference.  I doubt either group is the first or the last to use the name.  Name conflict would only be an issue if No Less Days was a registred trade mark, and I'm not sure it could be trade marked.  Who knows?
