I will not ramble on about my surprise this morning when I read that I had been forcefully made to pay bail-out for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac; I suspect many readers will experience the same consternation. But, there is some positive news: it looks like Washington is reading it's bible: specifically Luke 16:1-12. Now, we wouldn't expect Uncle Sam to draw any spiritual lesson from this parable, but at least he did gather and apply his own version of the parable's wisdom.
