Mayfest 2007?????

I am trying to give plenty of time in advance for discussion and decision-making. There are a number of possibilities for hymn sings/concerts this spring.  For one, Mayfest is coming up in Strasburg. Last year there wasn't much of a turnout for our hymn sing, but if I know in advance whether we would like to do that again, we may be able to advertise it in the Mayfest calendar of events. I was also wondering if anyone would be interested in helping out with a Sunday afternoon Health expo in the church basement (I can talk more about this later, if there is an interest)

Last year, it was also mentioned that Winchester SDA church may be interested in having a similar hymn sing event planned for the Apple Blossom weekend, which is supposedly a pretty big thing.

Finally, There are a number of festivals in the Front Royal area as well and the church may be interested in offering a similar program there. If interested I can pursue any of these possibilities.

I'm on board!

I'm on board.  I think it'd be cool if we lined up several events where we could do a similar program. That way we can really practice and be well prepared.

If we do decide to do this (and I hope we do), there's a load of prep we could do to make the next time around much better.

Me too.

I´ll do it. Maybe we´ll even get a bigger crowd this year. I guess I could play the cello if it was like a hymnsing again, but if not, I don´t think it really goes that good. I don´t. Oh actually I´ll still be in Spain. Nevermind. Well, tell me how it goes.
